SHIPPING, RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND CONDITIONS

Shipping Timeframe

  • All in-stock items ship within the same week unless otherwise stated.

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, please allow up to 14 business days for shipment.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only and are based on carrier-provided delivery windows.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, inclement weather, high-volume shipping periods, or events beyond our control.

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
     

Refunds and Returns​

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once a shipping confirmation and order number have been generated.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive the right to dispute or charge back the transaction for reasons related to delivery delays, fit, preference, or shipping issues once the package is marked delivered by the carrier.

  • Exceptions are made ONLY if:

    • The incorrect item or size was sent due to our error, or

    • The item has a verifiable manufacturing defect (damaged seams, misprints, or flaws present upon arrival).

    • Any approved issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
       

Ready-to-Ship 

  • On-hand items ship within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed within 48–96 business hours.

  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or other selected carriers.
     

Order Processing Information

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • ​Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
     

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Cosa Nostra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • By completing your purchase, you accept full responsibility for the shipment.

  • Please contact USPS or your local carrier directly to locate your package or file a claim.
     

Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Address changes may only be made before the order has shipped.

  • If an order is returned or fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Privacy Policy

  • All customer information remains confidential.

  • We do not share, sell, or distribute customer information under any circumstances.
